The Pearl Bailey Library is inviting young artists to bring color and creativity to the community by decorating the sidewalk leading up to the library. Participants will have the opportunity to design their own vibrant chalk artwork that welcomes visitors and brightens the library entrance. All art materials will be provided, and no experience is necessary-just imagination and a willingness to create! This fun, outdoor program encourages artistic expression and community pride in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
