The Colonial K9 Classic was created in 2024 by Muddy Marley’s Dog Wash and is the first event of its kind in Williamsburg, VA, bringing together two exciting days of vendors, DockDogs® diving competition, and a pet-friendly beer and wine garden, all open to the public.

The 2026 event will be hosted at the beautiful Williamsburg Winery at Wessex Hundred, featuring 400 acres of woods, fields, gardens, and vineyards that are home to one of Virginia’s most storied wineries.

The Chesapeake DockDogs club, formed in 2006, brings together dogs and their owners who love the thrill of dock jumping. With members across multiple states, they compete nationwide in events like Big Air, Speed Retrieve, Extreme Vertical, and Iron Dog.

Our goal is to create an engaging experience for a community that shares a love for dogs, great food, local beverages, and the outdoors. Bring a lawn chair, relax by the pool, and enjoy the excitement. The event is free to attend, with beer and wine garden tickets available for purchase.

Lab Rescue LCRP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Labrador Retrievers. A portion of beer and wine sales supports their efforts, with a special thank you to Virginia Beer Company for their continued support.
