A hands-on craft session for adults 55 and older, making paper maple leaf garlands from envelopes and raffia. All materials provided in this creative aging program.
Join us on Friday, November 6 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Grissom Library to learn to create paper maple fall leaves out of envelopes and raffia. You'll leave with a beautiful decoration for autumn.
Our Creative Aging series now has two options to honor adults 55+ as creative and social learners and help shift the narrative about growing older away from a negative view to one of optimism, engagement in community, and joy.
The first Friday of each month offers a live concert in the morning or a craft or informational programming in the afternoon! Or do both!
This is for adults 18+ and registration is required. Registration will open on Friday, October 23.Seniors,Grissom,Fall,autumn
