Join us on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Grissom Library from 1:00-4:00 for a craft workshop based on Frida Kahlo. Frida Kahlo was a Mexican artist known for her colorful self-portraits and paintings inspired by her life, culture, and emotions. She often included symbols, plan ts, animals, and bright colors in her artwork to express her identity and experiences.

In this workshop, we will learn about Frida Kahlo's life and artistic style. Then, we will create celebratory niches using wooden boxes inspired by her artwork.
