Participants will learn the different parts of a sewing machine and how to use it effectively. This includes threading the machine, winding a bobbin, understanding the purpose of the most used stitches, assembling a PDF pattern, and reading a commercial pattern (e.g., McCalls, Simplicity, Butterick).
